Sign-in help

Apple sign-in is available in the supported iPhone and iPad build. If sign-in is cancelled or unavailable, check your connection and Apple ID settings, then try again.

QR scanning

Allow camera access, hold the BandhuWay code inside the frame, improve the lighting, and make sure the full code is visible and in focus.

Saved journeys and people

Core records are stored on your device. Signing out keeps them there, while clearing app storage or uninstalling may permanently remove them.

Common fixes

The scanner shows a black screen or permission message

Open your device settings, find BandhuWay, and allow camera access. Return to the app and open the scanner again. Some managed or restricted devices may prevent camera use.

A QR code will not scan

Ask the sender to increase screen brightness, remove glare, and show the complete square code. Move your camera slowly closer or farther away. BandhuWay accepts supported BandhuWay contact cards; unrelated QR formats may not import.

I cannot find a saved person

Clear any active search or favorites filter, then search by name, country, or a word from the saved memory. A person can be linked to more than one journey.

I signed out and my contacts are still visible later

This is expected. Signing out ends account access but intentionally keeps locally saved journeys and contacts on that device. Use individual delete controls, clear app storage, or uninstall the app if you want to remove local records.

Is Android sign-in available?

The Android release is still being prepared. Store availability and supported sign-in options will be shown on this website when the Android build is ready.

When emailing support: include your device model, operating-system version, BandhuWay app version, what you expected, and what happened. Do not include passwords, complete QR payloads, or another person’s private contact information.
